Prof. Rachel Ann Jones: National Learning Disability Programme Lead, NHS Wales Performance & Improvement, and Visiting Professor at the University of South Wales.

Jules McKim: Intensive Interaction Specialist Care Coordinator, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr Judith Samuel: Retired former NHS Head of Psychological Services (Learning Disabilities) and Clinical Psychologist (Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust). Director of the Intensive Interaction Institute (since 2025).
